Site for creating XML CV's

We need a site where a user can register for free (no payment gateway) and can add and update his CV. User can download his CV as XML and RTF - as well he should be able to select one or more companies he wants to send his CV via email. In a table new companies can be added and their it can defined which format of CV they receive (XML or RTF). User can upload XML profile - if he has one or can create a CV from scratch. HR XML format (SIDES) should be used - we can provide a sample site where you can see what data needs to be stored in XML format. Browser compatibility is important! --> New comment: I attach a valid [login to view URL] sample file. This file is the XML file, we are talking about. There all fields are defined, that are contained in CV. The site I have shown as sample site, has java application to edit cv - this should be implemented in php. User should be able to use the predefined XSLT to format the output of CV or upload a self created and use it instead. Creation of RTF is not part of this project - HTML should be created instead and saved on server. A separate application will be delivered that is creating RTF file. As far it's available then the RTF will be sent out to receipient by mail by this site (this bid request). Attachment I have uploaded conttains as well a [login to view URL] (which is 80% of all fields in [login to view URL]) with comments (field names, content of comboboxes, etc.). Not all field names and comboboxes are defines right now (max 10 to 20% of it), but will be done by me during project. Take examples of the site I showed and define sample comboboxes - if I don't deliver them in time - I then will add content of comboboxes or translate field names myself. Design should be adapted to our corporate design. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
