Seminar/Agenda/ planning system

Hi, i have a project that is time sensitive ( 3 weeks max) and very simple. I host seminars at different locations, dates and time. So the first part would be to create those seminars. On the admin area, the admin goes and enter a name for the seminar, a date, a time a descriptions and the amount of seats available, then create the seminar. The user comes on the website and sees the list of upcoming seminars. The display of that list is precise, must show date, time, location, amount of seat available and amount of seat remaining. If he wants to register for a specific seminars, he has the option to click on that seminar view its description and click on reserve a seat. once he click on that he will be able to go a reserve On the reservation page, the user will put his name, addres, phone numbers, email, and ( the semnar name, date and location field would be hidden, since he clicked on reservation from the description page which already had the name date and locations) once he make that reservation, the data is saved into the database and the amount of seat remaining updates. He receives a confirmation email with data about the seminar and some direction and promotional links Now the admin can go to the admin panel and have a list of reservations made, that list must contain the name of the seminar, the date and the time. Then how many people made a reservation. When he click on the link or the amount of people that made a reservation, it takes him to a details about those reservations, such as name of the persons.. etc ( information that they providing when making the reservation). Now he will have a module where he can contact this people via email, either all of them or a specific one. ( this part is not mandatory) . He will have a link where he can print the list that he wants. A reminder must be sent to the user 3 days before the seminar automatically.
