Reverse Auction Project using Joomla

Hi Everyone, I need a joomla coder to build template with given photoshop images and given components. I currently have 12 designed photoshop images and written document as well as a checklist for this project. I am building a reverse auction site and I've currently purchased the components such as (1) reverse auction factory, (2) paypal pro bridge. There will be places that need code modifications other than what Joomla component can provide and I will make sure you have things you need to minimize the coding work. You can follow the checklist on what you will be given. Some pre-work has been done on this project in template side and component installation.
