[Quick Job] Google Script- Request for Name & Email

I need a Javascript script that will request access to user's Name and Email address from his/her Google account. If user is not logged in it will ask user to login to Google account and then ask permission to access his/her Name and Email. The Name and Email will be stored in 2 javascript variables. If user is already logged in, it will also ask permission to access his/her Name and Email. If user grants permission then the script will just store Name & Email in 2 javascript variables. Both the login request and permission request are simple popups just like facebook login popup. This is just Javascript work, no PHP, no site, nothing else.
