a PHP / MYSQL application to manage clients

Hello, This Application is designed to manage customers and delivery of natural remedies to a customer Each customer has a license to use the remedy, and he gets it one a month The application should help listing all customers, remedy handling, and customer responses the application will hold data in 4 major tables and a few id-name tables Application should be written in php (no fancy design is needed, just functional) use a mysql database and installed on the web. application will know to update google calendar, export the tables data to a google document (spreadsheet) and import from it upon request.
