MRSS Need for Video website

I need a MRSS created for [login to view URL] I have the MRSS feed but a need to create a script that creates the MRSS files with new tags. I have the a example file information. I need the script to automatically add new videos to the RSS and mRSS feed too. A simple cron job would suffice.I would like this project to have a quick turnaround, as it should be pretty simple, of 24 hours.
