I need some PHP/HTML/AJAX code to display a Google Map in the web browser and allow the user to select a rectangular area of a city, then update the HTML form variables with the selected coordinates. Then I need this code to be integrated into the existing web page shown above. More specifically, when the map is shown it must initially display the map of downtown Chicago, then allow the user to draw a rectangle around the desired area of the city, and then when the user clicks a SAVE button, the coordinates will be updated in the form shown above (North, South, East, West will be populated with GPS coordinates). The map functionality should be the same as provided by [login to view URL] "Add Place" function or better. The small rectangle with Save/Cancel should be enabled by default. The map should not pop-up in a separate window. It should expand within the window, using something similar to a Minimize/Maximize control. THIS PROJECT IS FOR EXPERIENCED RAC CODERS ONLY. IF YOU ARE UNRATED, PLEASE DO NOT BID.
