Enable Popup To Close in Firefox Browser

Can anyone enable the popup to close in Firefox browser? I have appended a zip folder to this email. While this all works fine in IE browser, pressing the close button and red cross button doesn't close the popup in Firefox at all. And this will be a problem for web audience to close the popup and look at the rest of my website. I have appended a zip folder to this email which has a .tpl smarty file inside. If you open it in Firefox, you will know what I mean. Furthermore, Can you prevent the popup from being transparent in Firefox? If you can get the results on your server successfully, without ever changing the position of the graphics on the tpl file, it will be probably successful ! Proven results are viewed favourably.
