Dynamically Populated Drop Downs - Country / State / City

I need a dynamically populated drop down system. There will be 3 drop downs at most, which will be named "LOCATION": LOCATION: 1) Country - user selects country and the country automatically shows at the top of the page 2) When Country is selected and shows at the top of the page, the state/provinces for the country show up in a drop down to be selected. When a user selects this, it will automatically show up at the top of the page next to the selected country. 3) When State/Province is selected, the cities for the state/province (if applicable) will now populate the location drop down. Once they select this, the city will show up next to the country and state/province. Please note that these will be emailed to the user once completed along with various other options (which I will add later). We will also need to have them click an 'x' next to their selections if they want to start over. It is also the responsibility of the coder to get the values for country, state and city. These can be found at <[login to view URL]> by clicking location. The difference between this link and what you will be doing for me is that I want these locations to be on the same page. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform this needs to work on a windows box, and either javascript or php can be used.
