Complex Wordpress Plugin

I'm looking for a coder experienced in developing own plugins for wordpress. You need to have experience in HTML, CSS, java script, php, mysql, api and wordpress The plugin will consist of 3 main modules: 1. Minisite generator (create sales page, capture page, download page in few clicks of the mouse from premade graphical templates, option to customize each theme, tinymce custom icons, some changes in post editing window, option to use different template for each page) 2. Conversion module (split testing, entrance exit pop up customize look, super cache, custom 404, page peel, conversion tracking(track visits, add to cart clicks, sales visitor con %, click con %, $ per visitor, $ per click, $ per sale, total revenue)) 3. Seo module (set up differenr title meta tags for each page, add social bookmarking buttons, auto translate, tahs, change image alts automatically, pinging, checking how post is optimized for SEO in %) There are more features that I will explain to the qualified person. This is just a rough explanation of this plugin. I have the full list of features I want to incorporate and images showing exactly what kind of fields I want and where. It will show exactly how the core of the plugin should work and the exact structure. The project need to be done in 3 weeks. I'm looking for a dedicated coder who can focus JUST on this project alone. I will compensate generously for a good work and offer ongoing work for months to come.
