complete simple website

Hi, I wanna very simple website to be created with e-gold payment processor integrated. Only one page for index and one thank you page after payment. Also one banner 468x60 will be needed. Some kind of example page: [login to view URL] It should be made nicelly including content filling (intro text, FAQ, explanation about opening and funding e-gold). I can help with texts but not to write them. I'm asking to do it for me too. Site will be related virtual goods reselling.
