Script/Executable refreshing page, filter data, click button

I am not sure if this is PHP, it can be a executable as well. I need a script that is refreshing a website every x seconds. There is a table with a few columns, the script has to extract the data and run some filters to perform an action (click a button). My programming knowledge is not enough for this project, but I need something like this: Column 1 = 1 string of a possible list of 50 strings Column 2 = a value column 3 = value etc.. the script needs to go through each row and perform a check if the string in column 1 is within the list of string that I enter in the config or interface, AND if column2=value X AND if column3=value Y AND etc.. If all the filters (that I need to set in a config or interface) fit, then the script needs to click on a button, which leads to the next page, then fill in a captcha and play an alarm sound. If the captcha filling is too complex and the costs are much higher than NOT filling the captcha and ONLY playing a sound once the button is clicked, then doing it without the captcha is fine. I hope this is clear enough :)
