Need sample Android camera app

I am new to Android/Java, so I want a sample project as a starting point. It has three screens. 1. A main screen, with 2 choices - "settings" and "start camera". 2. Settings - Please just give some dummy settings (on/off switch, and multiple choices). 3. Camera - see below. The camera screen is the standard camera live view with some special features. First, it should have a overlay bar on top of the screen, with an on/off control and a multiple choice control in the bar. Second, it should draw a cross in the ? middle of the screen. Third, it should display some text at the bottom of the screen. For this project, please display the time in hh:mm:ss format. This is meant to be a learning project, so I want the code to be clean (object-oriented). However, UI doesn't have to be polished. You should provide expertise advice on which type of control to use for multiple choices.
