Drop down PHP Menu(repost)

I have created a dynamic menu which uses information from a mySQL database using PHP. The menu is working fine and an example can be seen at: <[login to view URL]$sitepreview/[login to view URL]> (please note that when you click on this link, the dollar sign is removed incorrectly. It is best to copy and paste the link into your browser address bar.) However, I would like someone to make it so: 1.) When the page is opened, only the top level menu headings are displayed (Employer Zone,General Info, Equality & Diversity etc) 2.) When the user clicks on the arrows to the right of the top level menu headings - the options under that heading is then shown. 3.) If the user clicks on the arrows to the right of the top level menu headings again - the options under that heading is then hidden. This could be done in Javascript or DHTML. I attach the existing PHP code. Existing code must not be deleted, but modified to enable this functionality.
