Write script to perform automatic trades via ETrade.com API based on defined parameters

1. Securities must be on all US based exchanges 2. Eligible securities must be within a defined range for the following values: Market Cap P/E Ratio 52w price change % Beta Last Price Volume 3. Script must trade securities based upon a relation between their current price, 52w price and specific time (more specific details provided to rewarded freelancer) 4. Sale must be initiate after a certain % +/- is achieved (limit orders) 5.
