I am looking for someone who is very familiar with HESK coding. The usual way of submitting a support ticket in HESK on my website is to go to: [login to view URL] However I have created another submit support ticket that is called "Contact Us" that is located at the bottom of this page: [login to view URL] I created "Contact Us" using [login to view URL] as a template and named it [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] is iFramed in contact_us.htm. The problem on the "Contact Us" page is that [login to view URL] validates certain fields for errors. If a user makes a mistake, it defaults to the functionality of index.php. Go to the "Contact Us" page and enter 2 different emails and you'll see what the problem is. I have 3 files for [login to view URL] which is working correctly: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I have 3 files for [login to view URL] which works correctly as long as the user doesn't make a mistake in entering data: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I'm not sure if these are the only files that need modification.
