Membership Site and App Development

I need a website and an app for my idea. If you can only build a website or can only create an app - you are still welcome to bid but indicate that you can't build both and make your bid half of my range. SITE/APP: The site/app will be something as simple as: - a homepage with some images and content and a visible registration/login form (email, password) and a few static pages - and a control panel for the signed-in member. The control panel should have 3 sections: - profile page: to manage email, password, plus optional fields like: photo, age, self-description, occupation, education, location (dropped-down for the world's countries, regions/provinces/states, cities). And a checkbox: public/private, etc. see details in the attached file. - my words page: to manage their favorite words - a big-size field to enter each new word (see [login to view URL] - their search box enlarges when needed, I want the add box to be like that) that appears in the list right away and can be moved and placed anywhere inside the list of other words (AJAX-powered: drag-and-drop), etc. see details in the attached file. - contacts page: list of contacts linking to their respective profile pages (if non-private) and an "x" to remove any contact. List of contacts suggested by the system, etc. see details in the attached file. ADMIN AREA: - ability to set public/private member profiles by default, make only one of them available to members, or both available. - create/view/edit/suspend/delete member account - etc. see details in the attached file. I also need very extensive stats for my site (available separately for the admin and the member). Stats should give me all details from the DB, like (but not limited to) the following: - number of members - number of words - words per member - members per word - etc. see details in the attached file. The website should be responsive: There should be a normal website (PHP/MySQL/HTML5/CSS3/Ajax), a mobile website (with the script that recognizes the screen resolution and shows the appropriate version of the site). There should be an app for iOS, Android, and Windows Market, and a Facebook app - same style as the site, very easy to use. Both the sites and apps should be possible to be used in any language(!), i.e. the words can be written in any language and be shown correctly to the users with that language. This is regarding encoding. A multi-language site with detecting their location/language of the browser or OS, etc. would be a good idea as well. As the first step to win this project, please provide me with a very basic functional mockup of the future site's main section: - a logged-in member's WORDS page (to add/manage/edit/remove words: AJAX-powered: drag-and-drop) - plus anything else you want to do at this freelancer pre-selection stage (stats section in the admin area, for example) I want to see how good you are at creating the basic version of what I need. I'll send you the made mockups to have a good visual idea of how it should be. This will ensure you actually read this long project brief: i.e. you need to request these mockups from me. My CRITERIA: - a really well-done, polished, high-quality mockup - an original cool implementation (structure, functions, layout), I'd choose something with a WOW factor - everything works smoothly even in the basic mockup Please see attached file for all the details.
