We dont want to publish alot information of what the site will be about. We are looking to hire from freelancer for the below project: 1. Listing site Design and develop a custom Listing site that will promote businesses for our clients. Our clients will get an access to a client control panel where they will be able to add-remove-edit their listing. They will be able to select from a list of buttons or even create their own. They will also be able to select through a number of variety of templates into how their site will look. They will have an access to information about their respected site concerning impressions, clicks and other options that will be mentioned to you on a later stage. Our visitors will be able to view all listings without the necessity of logging in and becoming members. Members should have other privillages like posting to forums, be notified via sms or email (aweber & clicatel) on certain events and login should be global to all sites (that will possibly work on a different url each) Administrators/webmasters should have a very POWERFUL control panel: We want everything to be customizable from member login forms, listing elements (buttons, colours, impressions, clicks, calendars and custom applications etc) If possible we want to separate listing control panel with users control panel and it should be global to all sites attached. 2. Social Network We want a VERY FAST social network that will have the ability to have more than 1000 members online at the same time and unlimited registration members. Aplicants should have experience on this field and show proof of their job. We may ask for contact details of the owner to ask some questions. 3. A static page that will be connected to the listing page where we can generate the selected content with a push of a button. 4. A simple forum that will also be connected to the listing page where our clients can post to it with just informing their listing page. *Please have in mind that we are after a very fast site, engineered to be 100% automatic (to work by itself), SEO friendly, with maximum security and totally customized CMS. REMARKS: a) We will not accept to pay in advance, we will pay when project is delivered b) Once the project is delivered, We will pre-setup a reasonable period of time for bug fixing and errors until the smooth running. c) We will NOT hire inexperienced programmers, we want to see your work first as well as contact details of your client and we may contact for satisfaction survey d) We want skype/telephone support or very fast response to emails e) We will hand a very specific and detailed plan into what we want to all freelancers who will match our criteria f) Applicants should mention programming languages need to be used for this project. g) Happy bidding!
