convert logo jpeg to vector

I need the attached logo converted to any vector form that Corel Draw 10 will handle. (I will be using it in corel draw 10). All colours should match perfectly. and it should look exactly the same. I intend to use this vector to then be able to put a texured background on it. As at the moment, the jpg gives me white fuzzy edges which look bad. I will probably select the first person who bids that have a low-quality jpeg version of thier vector form that i can see. please put a coloured background on your sample output so i can see it's a vector.
