122414 Website redesign

Need a complete overhaul of a website. Make this: [login to view URL] look like this: [login to view URL] Of course, I mean make it look as nice that that. I don't want an exact replica. We need the above site made into a very professional and modern website. Use of flash would probably be a good idea. Content will change slightly (a few new pictures, test, etc.), but overall it will be much the same. IMPORTANT: - A STRONG UNDERSTANDING of the WRITTEN ENGLISH LANGUAGE is an ABSOLUTE MUST!! All written text in this project MUST be grammatically correct. - Clean coding is appreciated. (ie: comments where applicable, old test code removed, etc.) - We require source files for all final work, including Photoshop and Flash source files. - All work will become our exclusive property and we may use it in any manner we see fit. All ownership of the work is automatically transferred to us upon payment. Unless express written permission is obtained from us in writing, you may not use any of the final template products for any other websites, nor in any advertising promotion materials. PAYMENT: The agreed upon price for this project will be paid in full immediately upon receiving the approved completed work. Payment options are company cheque, PayPal, or credit card.
