Poker Site Makeover

We are looking for someone to give our website a facelift. Our site is [[login to view URL]][1] and we are wanting to keep the functionality and ease of use that it currently has. I am wanting something that utilizes more flash and has a cleaner more professional appearance. I would like something similar to [[login to view URL]][2] mixed with the flash features and style of [[login to view URL]][3] [[login to view URL]][4] and [[login to view URL]][5] / we need someone with great design ideas and graphic skills. Site needs to be accessible in high and low band width applications. I would like to add other options such as a poker odds calculator and eventually our own branded downloadable softare application such as [login to view URL] [login to view URL] etc. These applications will be free, non-paying sites for our players to compete with one another from different regions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must be able to be run on numerous platforms as this will be a site that will need to be accessed globally.
