274744 PHP / Smarty - Flash Problem

I need assistance in researching a problem that involves pages created using PHP wth Smarty Template generator and a Flash with actionscript module. The issue involves images that are uploaded using a php/smarty cms and then imported into the flash module via an xml file. The problem is that the images are not displaying the correct size in the flash. This function works fine in the test system but not in the production system. The person that developed the flash module is no longer available to help me install it in the production system. The problem may be in the cms that uploads the images. I do not know php / smarty enough to figure this out. This is the problem that I need help with. I will give you further detailed explanation along with the code when selected.
