Design, implement and load a full featured web site with great design.. (would have login name, email and password) the password is then sent to the email and is active for the information and download section you may use any technology: you must supply a few mock ups so we can get the design right. please post bid so a choice can be made: if you need something special or a special term just put it in your text. The following must be complied to precisely, otherwise we consider it a breach of our agreement and we can cancel with no financial charge:see deliverables ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). The following must be complied to precisely, otherwise we consider it a breach of our agreement and we can cancel with no financial charge: either I want to get a cheaper price to protect me, or you must agree to daily updates and the following schedule: 1) first day, submit 3 separate mock ups for the site, one your own idea, one like [login to view URL](but our colors and logo and things), and one like your site(digitalink, or artgallery). 2) you must have the code done in 2 days time, and latest work must always be on a server I can see. the site must have -main site and sub pages -password access section with logon--first time login asks for name, password, phone number, zip code, company and title. ----user management page for me to let people have access -----So I can also upload and remove files to this page, that the secured user can download(and we keep a log of all such activity and scrape their ip address and email address) ---button so people can request access and i can grant/deny it easily and assign a password -a request more information button 3) flash elements submitted to me 1 day after mockups done 4) final incorporateion of flash and site design with code done after 4 days... 5) final upload to our server and email me zip with all source files, html, back end, photoshop files, illustrator files, fonts used, and flash source files. if you do all this and give me a daily formal update through RAC, I will have more projects for you. ## Platform doesn't matter: preferrably asp. bid must include uploading to our sever and getting site 100% operational to my satisfaction
