Hip Hop Community Website

Greetings coders, I am the prsident of a upstart Florida Entertainment company. I am looking for a coder/designer who can build a Hip Hop Community themed website. This website will serve as a central location for news about hip-hop music for the state of Florida and will contain many features etc. Bidders are expected to have some flash background. This project could turn into a larger project when you consider the option of updating the site periodicaly as well developing new content. This is an open bid meaning I am open to increase the bid amout. I am ready to pay upon reciept of project and will consider the coder for all future work. Break down of what I am lookin for-- Complete website layout and design ( nuke theme may be possible if we can totaly hide nuke and make it look as if nuke is not underneath. Must contain Flash and all graphics work so coder will need to know how to design graphics ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
