Flash Website Required

Small flash website needed. Will only initially need pages for : - home page about us contact us privacy policy gallery faq The theme for the website is building contractors \ construction. I need you to come up with a site that is very easy for a non programmer like myself to update and add more content or pages if I need to. I also want to play a flv video on the home page of the site. I have software that I can edit with including dreamweaver, flash cs3 and photoshop. I need someone to build a template for me though and can get the site up and running. If you have some examples that I could see that would be great. thanks Kirk
