Flash Site

I need a Flash site built on a low budget and in a hurry. It’s quite simple with a total of ten pages. The site would be designed 100% by me. I’d give you all the source graphics in Corel Draw and Corel Photo Paint. I’ll give you schematics of how the flash elements work. The main Flash part is a list of types of racing car when scrolled down changes the photo at the top. I need to be able to add new cars to the list and the relevant images. There will also be a small rotating 3d model on the front page which I can change easily every week or two. I need to add and edit news. I need a form where people ask for a quote. I need an order form with payment link to PayPal. A few pages will have an animated text box advertising certain services we provide. As you can see, it’s not that complex but I do need it to be CMS. I’d like it to be done within three weeks or so if possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All web browsers
