Flash Chatroom

This project is to design a chatroom that will run off a php backbone and a Flash interface (we will produce the flash design, but actionscripting must be completed by the programmer). There should be one (1) chatroom and that room should be able to hold a maximum of 40 online users at a time. The chatroom should have one admin who can monitor the room and block/ban screennames. users should have to sign up for the room and create screennames based on verified email addresses. each screenname can have a user profile with specific options. the details of the chatroom will be added later to the winning bidder, but yahoo chat should be used as a general idea when planning this project. for any questions before bidding please email. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform this will be run on a linux server, so PHP must be used for teh backend programming. Flash will be the complete user interface, so all actionscripting must be completed. we will produce the flash design ourselves, and programming can be incorporated into that
