Custom Website Theme

**Our Students Portal at** [**[login to view URL]**][1] **needs a complete new look and feeling. We need someone to design and implement a custom theme for both the website as well as the integraded phpbb based forum. ** The design must fit and be fully integraded in the whole website. Therefore we mentioned the involved website above so you can study it before you respond (All direct offers outsite RAC will be ignored) Its also your responsibility to install and implement it on the website. To make life a little easier we have a shadow website with some older data for testing purposes where can be tested. Since this is a Students Portal, age 11-19, you design must be based on their interests in the images, background, colour, icons etc that you use (thinks of stuff like: books, movies, music, friendship). **If you respond then show us your earlier work. Don't just tell us that you can do this job: show us! ** Live bi-directional communication during the whole project is a must. (msn, skype, icq) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Our website is based on phpnuke 7.3 with an integraded, ported phpbb forum. Its on a linux / apache webhost. Your design must cover the forums as well.
