Change Flash File For Limo Site

The changes are being made to [login to view URL] --- Also, the flash at the top of the page where it says "Serving the greater Twin Cities Area...." I want that to be changed to advertise a limo special/sale. I want that white portion of the flash to be a bright color with starts around the text to draw attention to a text that I will specify. It will be something along the lines of "$99 H2 and Super Limo Special!". This should link to a page that explains the details of the special in teh body of the page. All changes should be formatted in a way to look good with the existing site. I would like the load times of all pages to be reduced. I think the graphic files and flash need a higher level of compression that will not drastically effect image quality.
