Setting up Windows 2003 Web Server with SQL Server 2005: Consulting only

I have a dedicated web server from GoDaddy. Its running fine. Now I have bought a more powerful one, and trying to migrate from the old server to the new one .. PS: These are Windows 2003 server with SQL Server 2005. I am currently having two issue with the migration: 1) I have setup SQL Server Standard and believe done everything correctly. But, remote connection fails. I have installed the SQL Server CD that I installed on the old server, setup exactly like how it is setup in the old server. I need someone fix this remote connection issue. 2) Secondly, I have installed "Microsoft Baseline Security Analyzer" .. but when I run it, it says, "Computer Not Found" even if the I have made 100% sure that IP address input to MBSA is correct .. 3) Finally I wanted to make sure that all security is correct, just a cursory look as I am using Windows Firewall. I want consulting help, meaning I want a good experience person guide me with proper security consideration. All the wrok will be done by me, but you will tell me what to do. All communications will be using remote desktop and chat. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
