Senior Programmer to Review Code

We would like to hire a U.S.-trained mid to senior level programmer? to periodically review the code base for our contracted offshore programmers. The work should be very light, but you need to be an excellent communicator and able to? tutor our? programmers on how to improve their code. 3+ years of experience working in or with U.S. companies desired.
