PHP issues on new server

MOJO Incorporated relies on a series of PHP scripts which were developed in the following environment: Old environment: <[login to view URL]> We have now moved to a new server, and our systems are no longer working. New environment: <[login to view URL]> Specific issues include: * Form variables, using the "POST" method, disappear whenever a form is submitted. * Scripts using the $_POST['var'] syntax seem to work, while scripts using the $var syntax do not. * register_globals has been set to "ON", yet the problem persists. * Scripts which upload/delete/move images do not work. * Scripts which create/delete/write to a new file or directory do not work. I expect that the problems are being caused by our current PHP and server settings, which we now have total control over. Payment for this project will be released as soon as the issues are resolved, and the scripts are working again. Our deadline is fact approaching; we have no time for unqualified bidders. Please bid only if you have an in-depth knowledge (and experience) of PHP and server migration. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/Apache
