Personalized T-shirts feature for website

Here is the outline of the project: I need a personalized t-shirts (and other items) feature for a website, I will do all the graphic design, provide pictures of the products and layout for the whole website, what I need from you is the dynamic part of the website which should be in PHP Description: 1. I will provide all the graphics and layout of the site and will handle all static pages. 2. The site will be in English and Spanish 3. Your part on the project will have very little text that I will provide, so you don’t need to know Spanish. 4. Your Job will be to provide an application like this one: <[login to view URL]>but only with 8 products and preferably in PHP 5. After customer finalizes the personalized tshirt design, he will be asked if he wants to pay using a) paypal, b) credit card(2CO) or c) bank transfer if he chooses a or b he will be charged a fixed fee depending on the product (each of the 8 products will have a fixed price), and a fixed shipping fee depending on location, there will be two types of location only: (I) United States and Canada, (II) Western Europe and Latin America , payment method #3 (bank transfer) will be only available in Guatemala, and customers who choose that should be forwarded to a contact form that I will provide. The personalized t-shirt (4) will work just like the one in [login to view URL] and coder must install it in our server. I will provide details to winning bidder. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
