We are looking for a software solution that is similar if not the same thing that CASINO's use to create a convience check out of a credit card transaction. For example the customer gives us his CREDIT CARD # and EXP date as well as name, address, Bank name and 3 Digit Security # on the back of the credit card. MASTERCARD/VISA. We then enter the credit card # into the software. The software then creates a CASHABLE Check or Bank Draft without the use of a merchant account. The database will be provided by you and this whole system should be self contained. The output should be on business check stock with the statement "This Convience check was created with the permission of your account holder CVV#(3digit code) given by card holder. Signature is not required as this is a electronic Check" When the check prints it should print like a normal check withall info and the A MICR numbers on the bottom of the check. Check # will be set at time check is taken. Programmer should test this program to make sure it works fully including the cashing of a test check. A fully operational demo with 10 day trial window less SERIAL # for activation should be delivered via email to us. After our testing of the software, programmer should email us the SERIAL # to unlock the software and permit use after the 10 day period. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
