Log connected GSM-Stations (Symbian)

I need a simple app which would be running all the time and log GSM-Station (BTS) changes (time & ID). The changes would be stored in a file. The goal is to have my phone log all my movements so for example I can figure where I was 6 months ago. Also needed would be a step by step instructions on how to compile the delivered code on my PC. I guess this accounts for ~2 hours support so you might include it in the price. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Target platforms would be Nokia 6600 and SE P900 (S60, S80...) Developement enviroment should be CodeWarrior for Symbian (Java would be a second choice but am also considering any other IDE)
