CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B Migration

I currently have CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B[10.1] but am looking to migrate to CRE Loaded v6.2 B2B[13.1 (SP1)] The application has been installed, however, I am looking for quotes for the following 1. Implementation of web template (source provided) 2. Implementation of four payment modules (credit card with ccv, cash on delivery, paypal and bank transfer (australia bsb) 3. Implementation of three shipping modules (AusPOST Parcel Post, AusPOST international - AIR, AusPOST Express Post Parcel (Insured), Store Pickup, TNT road express) 4. Migration of current catalog. 5. 30 minute hour hand over via phone. Strongly prefer English but can handle Mandarin, Cantonese if needed. 6. Provide advise with cut over Demonstrated experience with Cre Loaded B2B 10.x or above is mandatory. I require delivery within the next 20 days and I will include a bonus $100AUD cash voucher to the store in addition to full payment if this deadline is met and work signed off.
