Small smart customer management programme

I'm no tekky but I'm sure this is fairly simple stuff. We provide parties for kids. For each customer we want to capture the basic information of name, address, email etc and the name of the child and their date of birth. If we can get it we also want the DOB for all the kids in the family. We provide different party themes so we will want to know which party each kid has had and the date he/she had it. We want to generate an individual membership number for each family so that we can offer them a discount on the next party they order. The business is franchised so we want to relate each entry to a franchisee. We will want a high degree of flexability to be able to generate mailing lists particularly on the basis of birth date (so we can mail previous customers prior to their next birthday etc.). It may be useful to have a history of marketing activity targeted to each customer, including how much they paid. In terms of data input, we will want the franchisees to use an online form to input the data - so factor that into your thinking if it affects anything. I could probably go and muck around on Access or Filemaker or something and end up with something which would do but what I really want is a really slick little database, making the process as simple as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows xp
