PHPfox Modules Developer Needed

I need a developer to develop three modules for my social networking site. The site is in development (infant) stage and it's built on PHPfox platform. Developer must know PHPfox very well. There are three modules to develop: 1, Homepage template/theme plus logo 2, Competition module for members 3, Promotion module. Promotion module will be in the form of mass email that will be sent out mostly to new members, and it will have the promotion embedded in the email page. The developer can use my current website for developing the modules and will later migrate all the developed modules to the production server. I will provide all the necessary information to the short listed developers Developer will abide with our Non-disclosure agreement. Ability to communicate in English is important on this project as there will be communication back and forth.
