drupal 7 theme changes

We need some changes on our current drupal 7 site. 1. Add footer (We will provide psd and site like) Three rows with links. Language selector and some linked b/w images. On mouse over these images change to colored version. Also a add to newsletter box 2. Design 2 internal page types according to existing theme. These must be attractive and the second one must implement a mini contact us form as jquery overlay popup (We will provide wireframes) 3. Minor modifications like a. add description to contact us form, b. add forms to existing tab with styling, c. add google map to specific page d. add advertising code to spdific positions e.t.c.. e. Copy specific page types (trips) from other drupal site (we have admin access on this) 4. Drupal profiling for speed and W3C validation.
