Two or three pages of documentation

I need someone who can write clear and concise documentation for an online wizard that I created. This wizard has five steps. It is similar in concept to a “mail merge?? in MS word -- except that this wizard is online and this wizard does not connect to a word document. Instead it connects to a database. Users upload records to populate the database and the records are merged with a template. When the records are merged this creates a series of web pages. I will give you access to the wizard and explain how it works in my own words. Your job will be to write a 2-3 page document describing the steps so that the wizard is easy to understand for an ordinary person. The target audience is computer literate but not necessarily technical. Please provide one or two writing samples, no longer than 200 words each, of your technical writing skills. If you provide a longer writing sample I will not have time to read it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) The Seller will comply with the terms of a non-disclosure agreement. ## Platform MS-Word, HTML, or Plain text
