Install ColdFusion on AmazonAWS EC2 instance and create basic 5 page website with search

I need someone to - install the free developer version of Cold Fusion on a new Amazon AWS EC2 micro instance (account already set up) - attach CF to an existing SQL database and - create a very basic 5 page prototype website (functionality much more important than design). Pages needed are: 1) User sign up (with submit button) and, on sign-up, auto-email with link to enter password ([login to view URL] as sign up process example). 2) User login 3) Once logged in, page with link to upload .csv file (with 10 or so columns) to database 4) an advanced search page with 'submit' button (searches database using built-in Verity search) 5) search results page
