We're looking for somebody to duplicate what we have shown. (see links)
We will need an admin control panel to control/change data (IE bank info, phone numbers, addresses) also some math calculations/percentages. Also need to be able to add/remove fields and forms. We want it as customizable as possible for us in the back admin section. Please skim though the video. There is a PDF as well as PowerPoint giving you an idea of what we need.
