1. The application should be a webservice. 2. I believe the webservice should have the following inputs: > a. The webservice should take either a .pdf, .doc, or .docx extension. > b. Footer Text > c. Watermark Text > d. Expiration Date > 3. If the document uploaded is a .doc or a .docx it must be converted to a .pdf. 4. The webservice should output .pdf file that has the following: > a. Write a footer with custom text to the new PDF. > b. Write text as a 45 degree slanting watermark to the new PDF. (i.e. Confidential) > c. Write an expiration date to the new PDF. > d. Prevent the new PDF from being copied or forwarded. > e. Prevent save as on the new PDF.
