Windows Alert Poper & HTML Ad Poper for our Software

We already have our software installed on clients computers. We want to remind them that it is installed with windows alerts and html alerts from time to time saying "click YES to run our software that is already installed on your computer". We want those alerts to be displayed on specific time intervals and if the user browses for specific keywords on the web or on his computer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform all windows
