Filters Input: vector(s) data on STDIN stream and options on command line. Output/Return: calculated vector(s) on STDOUT. Error: Empty data stream for failed vector. Example: cat [login to view URL] | [login to view URL] arg1 arg2 > [login to view URL] and “arg1 arg2 … argN?? are passed through for the user’s code to manage. Message and Vector can appear as many times as desired and in any order. The row format for Message is as follows: Message: -> indicates that this row is a message entry. Type -> the type of message (can be INFO, ERROR, or WARNING). {content} -> the actual message string (must be enclosed in curly braces {}) NOTE: A message of type=ERROR causes the filter to terminate immediately. The row format for Vector is as follows: Vector: -> indicates that this row is a vector entry. Vector_id -> external vector id {list of data points} -> space separated list of numeric values (must be enclosed in curly braces {}) Vector_label -> an OPTIONAL string used as a text based label for the vector. ANSI C allows re-used in C, C++, FORTRAN, and several scripting languages. At a later date, other language versions may be developed and optimized for specific target languages, but for now only C will be utilized.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
