Series60 question: How you can change wallpaper in a S60 phone?

How you can change idle wallpaper programatically in a Series 60 phone? We are currently developing a Symbian application where setting wallpaper is one of the features. And this setting of wallpaper should work without rebooting of the phone. We haven’t been able to implement this feature. Please provide an answer to following questions: - Provide a code which shows how this is done. - If you know that this cannot be done by using public SDK please provide information how it can be done by using private SDK and provide a code which shows how this is done.
