1. Similar to iPodder, the main program will include the following components:
a. An RSS reader capable of reading podcast RSS feeds
b. A podcast feed organizer that allows a user to add and delete URLs
c. A podcast feed viewer that allows a user to view available podcast fees and podcast episodes
d. A downloader that can download Podcast RSS feed enclosures onto the user’s hard drive
e. A cleanup tool to automatically delete old files
f. A scheduler to automatically download new feeds
g. A “quicksave?? button that quickly moves selected podcasts to an MP3 player
h. An integrated media player
i. The program should be modular so that new plug-ins can be easily added
The main program should have a different look and feel than iPodder or other existing podcast readers. It should be a very simple layout, easy to navigate for a novice user.
2. A CD burning plug-in that allows a user to click one button and burn selected podcasts to an audio CD for use in a car or CD player
3. A file conversion plug-in that allows a user to convert WMA, WMV and ASX files into MP3. Also, if the user has the CD burning plug-in, the user can burn audio from WMV and ASX to an audio CD.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) A letter signed by the seller that states (a) all code is original, and (b) the code and all concepts in the code are assigned to buyer.

Windows 98 and above (but should be easily ported to Mac and Linux, so should be built on Python or something similar)
