FLV Player Recode & Code Creator Applicaiton

G' Day Coders, I have a multiple and single FLV player that has an application which asks options and creates all the files ready for upload. The problem is that the code for the FLV players is quite sloppy and the application is very complicated to use, I would like to make it ridiculously simple. The coder cannot work on this anymore and I need this completed as soon as possible. Here is a list of what all the options I need. I need the player to look the same as it does now, but I need it to have a lot cleaner code and all the options we discuss. I want 1 movie/options xml file. I will send the source code to serious bidders. Need 2 different types of players... Single & Multiple FLV's 3 button options (Play (When you hit play a pause button will then replace the play and when you hit the pause it will freeze on that frame, until you hit Play (which replaces the pause and will start playing from that frame, Stop (rewinds to first frame)) Option to have Resource links at the bottom (default off). Option to have the R & P button (default off). When movie finished, pause on last frame or show black screen. I would like these three options actually in the html code. Auto Play option (default off). Auto Buffer option (default off). Redirect Window to Specific URL (default off). I want the visible movie to show a preview picture of the movie (first frame) and then stop buffering. Please incorporate special code that will determine the rate of download so there would be no pausing while the movie waits to buffer. Multiple Movie Options Same options and function as single players. In multiple movies I only want the first movie to show the preview until the next movie is selected when it then shows the preview picture .
