33847 Website Counter/Redirect

Please, I need this asap! Like today we could work on it. I have Yahoo IM, please message me on berneto04 so we can talk about it! Hello, I run a site like instantbankroll.com. I need to program a PHP or some kind of script that does what they are doing on this webpage. [login to view URL] Its the counter at the top. It shows x out of y accounts have signed up today. I need a counter that will count +1 everytime somone accesses my Thank You page, this counter needs to be displayed on a different webpage though. Once the counter reaches a value X, it needs to send the user to another webpage saying they must complete registration tomorrow. How could I do this? any help is appreciated.
