I need a script built thatlets me do the following --
A registered user can llist the 15 places that they would like to visit before they die. Other registered visitors can link themselves to the location because they have been there or would like to also visit.
Those that had visited can review on a scale of 1-5 -- and leave comments -- those that have not may also comment on why they'd like to visit.
I'd like those that have visited to also setup 'itineraries' to tell what else to do while visiting.
It makes sense that yahoo maps are integrated --
The admin panel should show user info, allow admin to ban, edit or delete accounts and entries.
The user signup should require email addy, name addy and phone not required. Photo avatars should be uploadable and profiles should be customizable by the user upon login.
Lastly, I'd like the entries to be tagged and categorized by the users -- a 'tag-cloud' should be offered as navigation as well as a list of all locations as well as popular or most recently added.
